Warranty Policy
At TORONTO BICYCLES, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our bicycles. To ensure your
confidence and satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty. Please read the following terms and
conditions carefully.
Warranty Details
- Frame Warranty: TORONTO BICYCLES provides a lifetime warranty on bicycle
frames against manufacturing defects for the original owner.
- Fork Warranty: A limited warranty applies to forks (rigid or suspension)
for 6 months from the date of purchase, for the original owner.
- Non-Transferable: This warranty is applicable only to the original
purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
- Proof of Purchase Required: To submit a warranty claim, you must provide
your original proof of purchase, the frame serial number, clear photographs of the issue,
and any other information requested by our technical and quality team.
- Authorized Dealers Only: This warranty is valid only for bicycles purchased
through Authorized TORONTO BICYCLES Dealers.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Labour or shipping costs for replacement parts.
- Consumables such as tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, or chainrings.
- Damage due to improper assembly, accidents, misuse, or neglect.
- Modifications, alterations, or installation of non-original components.
- Cosmetic issues such as scratches, paint fading, or rust caused by sunlight, rain,
chemicals, or poor storage.
- Fading of neon or bright paint and decals caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight
or UV light.
Specific Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, chains, brake pads, grips).
- Damage from poor maintenance, failure to service regularly, or unauthorized repairs.
- Use of parts or accessories not intended for the original design.
- Damage from competitive sports, stunts, aerobatics, or similarly extreme use.
- Accidental or willful damage.
- Cosmetic finish issues (like peeling or chipping) due to UV exposure or outdoor
conditions.
- Bikes used for rental, shared, or commercial purposes.
Conditions That Void the Warranty
This warranty will be voided in the following situations:
- If the bicycle is altered, modified, or repaired incorrectly.
- If used in a manner not intended by the original design.
- If the frame or any part is abused or handled negligently.
- If the product was bought from a dealer who is not authorized by TORONTO BICYCLES.
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact the Authorized Dealer from whom you bought the bike.
- Provide proof of purchase, the frame number, and photos of the problem.
- Submit any additional information requested by our technical team.
- We will review claims within 7–14 business days of receiving all required information.
Note: Labour costs and shipping fees are not covered under this warranty.
